UK delivery
Tracked delivery is free on every UK order. Most orders arrive within 7–14 days of being placed. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Outside the UK
We also deliver to other countries. Delivery costs are shown at checkout, and international orders take longer to arrive.

If your order hasn't arrived
If it's been more than 14 days, reply to your order confirmation email or use our contact page with your order number. We'll chase it with the courier, and if it's been lost we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
