Refund policy

90-day money-back guarantee
Use Navello every night for 90 days. If you're not happy with how your lashes look, contact us within 14 days of finishing the tube with your order number. We'll refund the full order, including delivery. You don't need to send anything back — keep the empty tube or recycle it.

Changing your mind
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us you want to cancel, send the product back within 14 days of telling us, and we'll refund what you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of getting it back or of you showing us proof of postage. You pay the cost of sending it back.

Navello comes sealed for hygiene reasons, so this right to cancel ends once the seal is broken. The 90-day guarantee above still applies after that.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll refund you in full or send a replacement, whichever you prefer, and you won't pay for any return. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Once a refund is approved, it can take up to 10 working days to reach your account, depending on your bank.
